Uptown Style

I live in a city where we don't have a modernized downtown & uptown like Toronto or New York. Instead, our uptown is a mixture of classy, laidback, cool, punk, hippy and indie while our downtown has a grunge sort of ghetto look to it. Don't get me wrong our downtown is pretty cool! In downtown we have a selection of night clubs, bars and punk stores. I LOVE the punk stores in our downtown! I can get band tee's I can't get anywhere else and I can buy stretchers in the same run :). Did I also mention that we have quiet the selection of weed stores??? I think we have at least 4 in the whole city :O! Downtown is kind of sketchy but still a cool place. :) I've been on tones of adventures there with my friend Jade just mishing around! I do have to say the only reason I would like downtown better is because more of my friends live by the area. In our uptown we have a zillion of little clothing store boutiques and we also have 1 or clubs over in the area as well. My secret splurge in uptown is porbably the American Apparel. :$ It's really unfortunate the clothes are so expensive!!! :P Uptown has more of an earthy feel to it and is just as enjoyable. :) Well, now that I've gone and bored you to death with my little talk about K-W's uptown and downtown I shall post a picture of a shirt I bought from Harmony: By Earthwinds a neat little boutique uptown :) FYI: We also have 2 malls....I live in a tri-city area so no, I am not a country bumpkin xD
